What is bowel cancer?

Bowel cancer is also known as colorectal cancer. Bowel cancer occurs when abnormal cells in the wall of the large bowel grow in an uncontrolled way.
The large bowel is part of the body's digestive system. It includes the colon, rectum and anal canal.2

What are the different types of bowel cancer?

Most bowel cancers are thought to develop from non-malignant growths on the lining of the wall of the bowel. These non-malignant growths are called adenomas or polyps.1
The most common type of bowel cancer is called an adenocarcinoma, named after the gland cells in the lining of the bowel in which the cancer first develops. Other rare types include squamous cell cancers (which start in the skin like cells of the bowel lining), carcinoid tumours, sarcomas and lymphomas.

What are the symptoms of bowel cancer?

Bowel cancer is usually a slow-growing cancer. There are often no symptoms in the early stages of the disease.
The most common symptoms of bowel cancer are:
·                     bleeding from the rectum (this may be noticed as blood in the stools)1
·                     symptoms of anaemia1
·                     a change in bowel habit (loose stools or constipation)1
·                     abdominal pain or cramping1
·                     bloating1
·                     weight loss1
·                     unexplained tiredness or fatigue.1
There are a number of conditions that may cause these symptoms, not just bowel cancer. If any of these symptoms are experienced, it is important that they are discussed with a doctor.

What are the risk factors for bowel cancer?

A risk factor is any factor that is associated with an increased chance of developing a particular health condition, such as bowel cancer. There are different types of risk factors, some of which can be modified and some which cannot.
It should be noted that having one or more risk factors does not mean a person will develop bowel cancer. Many people have at least one risk factor but will never develop bowel cancer, while others with bowel cancer may have had no known risk factors. Even if a person with bowel cancer has a risk factor, it is usually hard to know how much that risk factor contributed to the development of their disease.
While the causes of bowel cancer are not fully understood, there are a number of factors associated with the risk of developing the disease. These factors include:
·                     increasing age1
·                     a personal history of bowel cancer or polyps1
·                     a family history of bowel cancer, adenoma or gynaecological cancer1
·                     a personal history of inflammatory bowel disease.1

How is bowel cancer diagnosed?

Bowel cancer may be diagnosed after a person visits their doctor with symptoms, or if a screening test shows signs that suggest bowel cancer may be present. For more information about bowel cancer screening in Australia, visit www.cancerscreening.gov.au/internet/screening/publishing.nsf/Content/bowel-about.
A number of tests may be performed to investigate symptoms of bladder cancer and confirm a diagnosis. Some of the more common tests include:1
·                     a physical examination1
·                     a blood test to check for anaemia1
·                     an internal examination of the rectum, anus and colon - this may include a sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy
·                     imaging of the bowel, which may include barium enema, computed tomography (CT) scan or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
·                     taking a sample of tissue (biopsy) from the bowel wall for examination under a microscope.1

Treatment options

Treatment and care of people with cancer is usually provided by a team of health professionals - called a multidisciplinary team.
Treatment for bowel cancer depends on the stage of the disease, the severity of symptoms and the person's general health. Treatment usually involves surgery, and may also include chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy to destroy cancer cells.1,3
Research is ongoing to find new ways to diagnose and treat different types of cancer. Some people may be offered the option of participation in a clinical trial to test new ways of treating bowel cancer.

Finding support

People often feel overwhelmed, scared, anxious and upset after a diagnosis of cancer. These are all normal feelings.
Having practical and emotional support during and after diagnosis and treatment for cancer is very important. Support may be available from family and friends, health professionals or special support services.
In addition, State and Territory Cancer Councils provide general information about cancer as well as information on local resources and relevant support groups. The Cancer Council Helpline can be accessed from anywhere in Australia by calling 13 11 20 for the cost of a local call.
More information about finding support can be found on the Cancer Australia website www.canceraustralia.gov.au or Bowel Cancer Australia http://www.bowelcanceraustralia.org

What is thyroid cancer?

Thyroid cancer occurs when abnormal cells within the thyroid gland grow in an uncontrolled way.
The thyroid is a gland located at the base of the throat near the windpipe. It produces hormones that help control the body's heart rate, temperature and metabolism and the amount of calcium in the blood.
What are the different types of thyroid cancer?
There are four main types of thyroid cancer. These are named after the cell type in which the cancer first develops.
•    papillary thyroid cancer is the most common type of thyroid cancer1
•    follicular thyroid cancer1
•    medullary thyroid cancer1
•    anaplastic thyroid cancer (rare).1
What are the symptoms of thyroid cancer?
The most common symptoms of thyroid cancer are:
•    a lump or swelling in the throat1,2
•    difficulty breathing or shortness of breath1,2
•    difficulty swallowing - this is called dysphagia1,2
•    a hoarse voice or a cough that doesn't go away1,2
•    enlarged lymph nodes in the neck.2
There are a number of conditions that may cause these symptoms, not just thyroid cancer. If any of these symptoms are experienced, it is important that they are discussed with a doctor.

•    exposure to radiation1
•    a family history of thyroid disease or thyroid cancer1
•    certain genetic conditions, such as familial medullary thyroid cancer, multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2A syndrome, and multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2B syndrome.1
How is thyroid cancer diagnosed?
A number of tests may be performed to investigate symptoms of thyroid cancer and confirm a diagnosis. Some of the more common tests include:4
•    a physical examination1
•    examination of a blood sample1,2
•    imaging of the thyroid, which may include ultrasound, computed tomography (CT) scan or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)2
•    internal examination of the voicebox using a laryngoscope - a thin tube with a light on the end of it
•    taking a sample of tissue (biopsy) from the thyroid gland for examination under a microscope.

Treatment for thyroid cancer depends on the stage of the disease, the severity of symptoms and the person's general health. Treatment options can include surgery to remove part or all of the thyroid gland, and radiotherapy (including radioactive iodine therapy), chemotherapy, and/or targeted therapies to destroy cancer cells.1,2

Cancer Facts and Statistics

What is cancer?
Cancer is a group of diseases characterized by the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells. Without treatment this can result in death.

How many people died from cancer in the world and the U.S.
●7.6 million died in the world in 2008
●12.7 were diagnosed in 2008
●571,950 died in 2011 in the U.S.
●That's about 1,500 per day in the U.S.
●24,900 deaths from Ohio
● 1.6 million were diagnosed in the U.S.
●65,060 diagnosed in Ohio

Tobacco use
● Smoking accounts for 30% of cancer deaths and 80% of lung cancer deaths
● Lung cancer is 23 times likely in male and13 times likely in female smokers than non-smokers
● Smoking causes 18 different types of cancer

How much money will cancer cost people in the United States?
●About 263.8 billion dollars
●102.8 billion for direct medical costs
●20.9 billion for indirect morbidity costs
●140.1 billion for indirect mortality costs
This is just 1 billion dollars multiply this by 263.8 and you will know what 263.8 billion dollars looks
like.

Lack of insurance = Lack of optimal health care
● About 51 million Americans didn't have heath care in 2009.
●Nearly one - third of Hispanics and 1 in 10 children seventeen and under had no health insurance.
● This causes late diagnosis and leads to more extensive and expensive treatment

Cancer kills about 572 thousand in the U.S.
● Smoking is a leading cause so don't smoke
● Have health insurance
● Get diagnosed early it leads to better treatment and less money
● Even if you don't have cancer you should donate money to help others

Understanding the Simplicity of Curing Cancer

Understanding the Simplicity of Curing Cancer
The more I research and study alternative and natural cancer cures to feed the Your Natural Cancer Cures websites, …the more I realize how overwhelming and confusing the vast amount of information must be to someone who has been diagnosed with cancer by their doctor, …and is looking for alternative cancer treatments besides drugs, radiation, or surgery.
During my life I have discovered that there are several key components that MUST exist to achieve and maintain optimum health:
Optimum Health List
1)      Oxygen
2)      Quality Water
3)      Organic Alkaline Foods
4)      Sunshine
5)      Exercise
6)      Rest

Why Do People Get Cancer?
Oxygen is by far the most important component because it literally sustains life.
OXYGEN is King!
Oxygen cleans and detoxifies the blood and cellular tissues
by burning-off cellular waste,
…and has the ability
to independently kill
all invading microorganisms
within your body.
Without enough oxygen,
our bodily tissues accumulate
toxins from metabolic waste,
as well as waste from
viruses, bacteria, yeast,
and parasites that may be present.

What Causes Cancer?
“Cancer develops from
an extended long-standing
lack of OXYGEN to various tissues throughout our bodies!”
As these oxygen-starved cells
transform into Cancer cells
and begin rapid multiplication,
the body attempts
to isolate these cells,
along with their toxins
…to keep them from spreading
to other parts of the body.
To accomplish this,
the body forms a tumor
as a kind of “trash bag”.
Unfortunately, our “learned” doctors,
don’t seem to realize this,
and when they perform
biopsies and surgeries on tumors,
 they are almost
guaranteeing that the
Cancer will spread!
If I were sick with Cancer,
Oxygen and ozone therapies
would be of highest priority
to investigate
and research for my cure!
Next, I’d research
“Alkaline water” and
the highest Alkaline Raw
“Organic Fruits and Vegetables”.
Numbers 4, 5 and 6
on the “Optimum Health List”
all support Oxygenation and with a little research and experimentation,
you can establish a customized
program for your body.

Breathing is Not Enough!
In ancient times
the oxygen content of air
was about 38%,
and the carbon dioxide
content was about 1%.

Times Have Changed…
Unfortunately, now the
oxygen content of air
is about 20% and
the carbon dioxide content
level is as high as 20%
This is a direct result
of cutting down forests,
depletion of the minerals
in the soil, and pollution.

These combined factors;
decrease of oxygen content,
and increase of carbon dioxide,
pollutants and toxins
in the air we breathe,
…make it impossible
for our lungs to intake
as much oxygen as our bodies
need for optimum health!

Our red blood cells are saturated…
Furthermore, carbon monoxide gas
from the burning of fossil fuels,
saturate our red blood cells,
so they cannot carry oxygen,
even if enough were available!
So, in reality,
we are ALL oxygen deficient,
no matter where we live,
and need to look
beyond breathing air
for getting pure oxygen
into our bodies on a regular basis.

Getting More Oxygen…
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
There are several ways to increase the quantity of oxygen in our bodies, and it can be done either externally, or internally.  One method to acquire additional oxygen is by using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).
In this Therapy, you sit or lie
inside a Hyperbaric Chamber
and are exposed to pressurized
100% pure oxygen,
 which causes greater
absorption of oxygen
by all body cells.

This additional oxygen
attacks the pathogens
of any diseases that are present
in the body at that time.

The same effect can also
be obtained with the mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHOBT).
This therapy uses only pressurized filtered ambient air, and the chambers can be inflatable and portable.

These chambers operate
at lower pressures than
the hard shell chambers,
and do not utilize 100% liquid oxygen,
so while they are much safer to use,
I don’t feel they are as effective.

The Power of Ozone
Ozone Therapy
Ozone is the gas
that protects us from
the sun's damaging rays,
but becomes toxic when inhaled.
During the day, when there is
maximum solar activity,
ozone is created at a greater rate
than during the night
when the ozone layer
disappears for a few hours.

Ozone is continuously
being produced in the
upper atmosphere as long as
sunlight is present,
and since ozone is
heavier than air,
it falls towards the earth.

Ozone Cleans the Air
As it falls, it combines
with pollutants and cleans the air.
When ozone contacts water vapor
during falling, it forms hydrogen peroxide,
an important component of rain water
which causes plants to grow very healthy.

The ozone molecule contains
three oxygen atoms instead of two,
like oxygen, and because of this,
is a very unstable gas,
and quickly turns back
to oxygen at every opportunity.

Ozone is the most powerful
and rapid acting oxidizer
known to man, and will oxidize all bacteria, mold and yeast spores, organic material and viruses!

Even the FDA and EPA
certify that ozone destroys
99.9992 percent of all pathogenic germs, AND oxides 99.9992 percent of all pollutants at the same time!
So, if I wanted to get well from
ANY DISEASE IN A HURRY…
I would most definitely
consider Ozone Therapy,
even if it meant traveling
outside of the United States,
where I believe that it is still illegal!
Internal Oxygenation to Kill Pathogens
You can also achieve
additional oxygen in your body
by many internal means;

1) infusion of liquid oxygen into the body,
2) the use of 35 percent Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2), which becomes water by releasing
an additional oxygen molecule
directly into your bloodstream
to oxidize any existing bacteria, virus, or pathogen of diseases;

3) the use of Jim Humble’s MMS,
which uses the electron deficiency and attraction of the chlorine dioxide molecule to literally “tear apart” any pathogens inside your body,
so that they can pass
safely out of your body
through the elimination organs.
There are other ingenious ways to administer oxygen internally,
but my main objective with this Tutorial
is to empower you with some
simplified knowledge about
the cause of cancer,
its most direct cure,
…and point you
in the right direction,
so that you can learn
the different options possible
for specifically curing your cancer!
Now that you know the very basics
about what causes cancer, and how to effectively cure it…
DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND RESEARCH to select the method you will use to efficiently increase the amount
of oxygen that gets to your body’s
cells on a regular basis!
The Internet makes it amazingly
easy to find ANY information
you want, so there’s NO EXCUSE
for being continuously sick with ANY disease… even Cancer,

Now that you have
this powerful information ,
SELECT your THERAPY,
and support your healing with:
(1) large quantities of quality water (preferably alkaline and drink at least half your body weight in ounces each day),
…and, (2) eat as many
alkaline Raw Organic
Fruits and Vegetables
that you can,
for as long as you can
(preferably at least 30-days),
…and (3) Choose a a regular toxin elimination method to keep moving
those toxins OUT of your liver
because the Oxygen and the
raw fruits and vegetables
will cause your individual cells to de-tox
and move many toxins into your liver!

health plan with the health savings account pre-tax contributions can be rolled into your plan each year and both the employer and employee can contribute to this account then you just pay health care expenses within the age essay this setups especially beneficial for the young and healthy if money's tight consider a catastrophic this offers limited insurance coverage with a high deductible typically a thousand for an individual or to grand for a family premiums are low because it's only intended for emergencies and typically just covers hospital stay x_-rays and surgery at the end in exchange sports having any dangerous hobbies or recreational activities such as skydiving mountain climbing for driving that mascara race car obviously increases your risk of severe injury all the insurance company sees is their money going out the window always using in network or if you do this and it you know can be as sufficient and will offer lower premiums you can always negotiate lower rates and i'll likely saving up to fifty percent on health care costs even before you meet your deductible if both you and your spouse have group health insurance plans available through work see which one will cover both needs at a lower cost beat cheaper for both of you to buy individual plans rather than the family being covered on one plan take advantage of any wellness discounts offered through the plan many claims of started offering savings for those who participate in wellness programs or work-out regularlyreassess your health insurance needs anywayand always look at it all of the options presented to youwhen it's time to reno offerings may have changed from last year or your health is changed and you want to take advantage of the very best.
